Generally, this information is requested when you complete a contact form on our website, are enrolled into our training programs, subscribe to newsletters or email us directly inquiring about our services.

We collect your email when you submit an inquiry to our team so that we can respond to your request and send you communications about Primary Endpoint Solutions services.  We may also collect your name, language, currency, operating system, information about documents searched and country information to ensure a better/customized experience with the services offered by Primary Endpoint Solutions, LLC .

When you place an order with us or are enrolled in our training programs we collect your email in order to ensure project specific communication can occur in a timely manner.  We also collect your phone number as a secondary method of contact to ensure that urgent communication requests can be obtained in case of a failure to connect via email.  We will also contact the phone number provided if we suspect that the cardholder’s credit information has been compromised, i.e used in a fraudulent way.

Contracted project related emails and correspondence will be unaffected if you opt-out from marketing communications.

Your information is never shared outside the company without your permission. Inside the company, data is stored behind firewalls on secure servers with restricted user access.

When you inquire on our website, you are asked to provide your contact information, including a valid email address. We use this information to contact you about your request and our services. When you agree to conduct a project with us we will operate under a master services agreement which will include additional detail on confidentiality, data processing and storage/retention of information provided.

We may on occasion require the help of other companies to provide limited services on our behalf.  We will only provide these companies with the information required for them to perform the required services; these service providers are bound by strict privacy policies and are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
